Amy Lipton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who sees adult and adolescent patients for individual and couples psychotherapy at her offices in Manhattan and Rye, NY.

Amy works with patients to collaboratively create emotional and behavioral goals that are attainable for them. She then helps them develop and embark on a path toward pursuing these goals. Achieving one’s therapeutic goals can lead to lasting changes in the way one feels, their approach to life, and their level of satisfaction in their relationships.

The goal of therapy is to help people learn to cope with difficult feelings in healthier ways.
